To connect your Stellar app on your TV or mobile device to your Stellar account you'll need to take the code you find on the screen of your app and visit https://www.stellartickets.com/activate
On that page, you will enter the code you see on the screen in your app. These codes do expire and if you get an error that the code is invalid, it is most likely the case that you waited too long and need to get a new code.
All tickets are associated with the email address used to make the purchase. On the device you are using to enter the code, you need to be logged into www.stellartickets.com under the exact same email address as you used to purchase your ticket.
