How Many Times Can I Watch The Video on Demand?
You can watch the content as many times as you like during the window of time that the event organizer has made the content available.
Can I Download The Video on Demand to my computer?
No. Video-on-demand content is not available for download. It can only be accessed via Stellar's website or apps during the window for which the organizer has designated it to be available.
Can I Watch The Video on Demand on my Cable or Satellite on my TV?
No. Stellar streams are not available as part of your cable/satellite service. They are only available via the Stellar website or one of our apps. Please see above for the list of devices we support.
I Have A Ticket, But I Can't Play The Video
There are a couple of reasons you may be encountering a problem playing your video.
1. The organizer has not yet made the video asset for your video on demand (VOD) available. If that's the case, then you'll see a coming soon message. You will get an email from the Stellar system notifying you when your video is available for viewing
2. The asset has expired and is no longer available for viewing. In that case, you will see a message indicating that the content has expired.
If you believe that you should have access to the content and that it shouldn't be expired, please contact the organizer directly as they are responsible for the availability of their content. You can reach the organizer by going to YOUR TICKETS and clicking on CONTACT THE ORGANIZER.
