To request a refund, reschedule or an exchange for tickets you purchased from an organizer visit the purchase in your Wallet and choose the "Contact Organizer" option. You can then fill out the form with your request and the organizer will be in touch.
Most organizers reply within a few days. If you've been waiting longer and you're having a problem making contact with the organizer send us a message at support@stellartickets.com and we'll follow up.
